Last Tuesday heralded six years of Le Cool Dublin, and here we are, grown up, with a mobile responsive website. We teared up when we said goodbye to the left to right scroll, but onwards and upwards!

The site will be transitioning, and is a little rough around the edges, but we’ll be revisiting all of the wonderful characters we have encountered in the Le Cool Interview over the coming weeks, as well as the incredible artists that we have been so fortunate to work with.

This week, Declan Shalvey is gracing the cover. Having recently released the first in a series of comics, INJECTION, we couldn’t think of anyone better to embark on this new chapter with. He illustrates for Marvel, and we like to marvel at stuff, so it works out. Read his interview here.  In the Le Interview, we asked photo-journalist Kim Haughton about her exhibition, In Plain Sight, which opens at the Gallery of Photography this evening, and studies survivors (not victims) of abuse.

We hope you enjoy the new style Le Cool, and any feedback, as ever, is very, very welcome.

Who’s got neeeewww shoes?! Kate or Michael
